Juan and Josh had a great attitude and lots of energy. However, they could have better utilized space in the truck, and they overlooked some larger items that were pointed out to them a few times. They were too time conscious and eager to leave, and they left 15 minutes early in their overtime which could have been utilized in loading the overlooked items. Also they loaded items on boxes that were clearly marked as breakable. I might use the service again but not those individuals.

The three young men from Dyson's Movers did very, very well. They came to us directly after completing another job, some distance away. Nevertheless, they were on time, prepared, and hard working. They even worked an extra half hour for us. They packed the container very tightly, and the items traveled with minimal shifting, even across a rather long distance (NW Indiana to SE Texas). They were very efficient, and the only suggestion I would make is to be up front and specific about which furniture items you wish to have covered with blankets (or cover them, yourself, before hand). The young men worked so quickly some of our furniture was packed without blankets (but, even so, packed well enough to avoid damage). I would certainly use them again. They have my recommendation.

We're remodeling and needed help to move 2nd floor dining and living room furniture downstairs and into the garage. So it was a smaller job with no equipment needed, but still a 2hr min.
They showed up on time at 7am and were done at 8am. Very efficient, professional and polite. Although they were fast and ready to go when all was moved, we should have asked them to wait a while so we could evaluate the spacing in the garage; because after they left, we had to move heavy pieces around to make the right fit. But that was our mistake to not ask them.
Just make sure you're happy with how the final move is organized before you let them go early, if there's time remaining on the hour. But we would use them again.

They were definitely experienced and knew what they were doing when packing the pods and not wasting space. I would request these two young men in the future. They were awesome.

I got 5 guys when I paid for 2. So that was a plus. They are not pros, but got the job done- quickly. Arrived early and took direction well. They cooperated with one another, were pleasant and respectful. I have to move stuff to house when we buy one and will use again.

7/22 night: i contract the service and stated the arrival from 10-11 and a writte note that if possible to arrive at 10:30
7/23 9:15 I receive a phone call from Joshua telling me they where 20 mins away. i said them that I asked the arrival in between 10-11 so I asked them to wait until 10:10 for me to arrive. they told me impossible and that they were going for another move and they will be back at 11
7/23 11:00 I receive another phone call from joshua telling that they were running 1,5-2 hours late. so I said them to immediatley solve that problem as: 1) i had to be at ohare airport at 1:00, 2) I could not delay the unloading as I did not want to pay an extra 300USD for one extra rental month for the container.
7/23 11:05 I get in touch with you and you tell me that you were going to send me someone during late afternoon or early morning next day, I explain the same thing about the plane and you tell me after waiting that you have got in touch with Dyson movers and they would be at my place with extra people in 30 mins
7/23 11:34 I receive a phonecall from Dyson movers telling me that they were 30 mins away, but they were coming with 5 people. I stated them that I need to leave at 12:50.
7/23 12:00 I receive a phonecall from Dyson movers that they are still 15 minutes away. I repeat the same about the timelnie.
7/23 12:25 I call dyson movers, they tell me they are 10 minutes away.
7/23 12:40 I receive a phonecall from Dyson movers from a different address and that they had made a mistake.
7/23 12:50ish I call yyou customer service, you argent talks to a manager, and ask me to fill this claim, I immediatley as to talk to amanager, and what a coincidence all of you are in a meeting.
bottom line:
1 extra month rent 289USD
