They did a good job in a short period of time, but they were not very careful moving when moving the roll top desk and broke a board on the desk that will have to be repaired before the desk can be used again. They said a notation would be made to reflect that in the cost, but I have no idea if that actually happened.

The guys called me 2x to update me on their arrival time. they were very polite and good at trying to calm me down because I was very nervous about all my stuff fitting into the pod. I couldn’t believe that everything except my bike went in. They seemed to wrap everything very well and carefully, but I won’t known til I unpack. They were miracle workers!!! I still don’t know how they fit it all in.

They were on time, prepared, worked especially hard, and very respectful. I waited until we unpacked all of our Pods to make sure we were happy before leaving this review. Everything was packed expertly, and there was no damage at all. The guys were so efficient that we were able to get some time/money back and get on the road sooner than expected. We could not have been more pleased.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s always great to be prepared, Our company understands that it can sometimes be difficult to prepare for a move when you are on a tight schedule or last minute. Feel free to contact us for any questions or concerns you may have. We are always available to help.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed thousands of local and long distance moves over the years including both residential and commercial moves. We are experienced in disassembling, reassembling, and transporting any type of piano( upright, baby grand and even grand). We can also move any items around in your home for you upon request.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I personally enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and I enjoy being able to travel to different locations that I haven’t visited before. Mostly, I enjoy hearing positive feedback from all of our wonderful customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are knowledgeable in wrapping & packaging household items as well as loading each container in a way that maximizes all available space!! In addition, all crew members are background checked and have at least 2 or more years of moving experience prior to starting with us.
