GLM was fantastic. They arrived early and worked hard the entire time (which was a lot of work -- 3 hours of going up and down the stairs of my 4-floor walk up). They also were very good about listening to requests about how we wanted some things pack, even if it didn't make a lot of sense. I would definitely use them again.

I didn't know it but they were stuck in traffic due to an accident and arrived after 10.They made up for being late by hard work and overcoming problems of the distance of the Pod to the building elevator and the size of the furniture. .They had the brwarn and the brains and equipment to do a very good job-and they were pleasant to work with.

timely and efficient, but afterwards i discovered that two dressers were damaged while they were moving them, and they didn't said anything about the damage which was discovered by movers at other end

The 4 gentlemen who showed up for my job were extremely well mannered, courteous and professional. It was a difficult move and, in a very tight hallway, they did as good a job as humanly possible. I have to mention that, even though they were 4 strangers, I felt a high level of trust the whole time. Great job guys!

The Goodlife Moving guys were great! They called before they arrived (on time) to double-check if I needed any extra items, like moving pads. They were super-friendly and polite, and were just nice to be around for this rather stressful event of moving. It took a little longer than anticipated (I went with the Hire-A-Helper time estimate), but this was due to us having to do some last-minute packing. I was having stress dreams about moving but none of my nightmares came true. Would definitely hire again.

The guys were nice and very helpful. There were a few issues in setting up the initial arrival time.
Once they got there, they worked very hard. They were also very hard on my stuff - lots of scuffs and scratches. I did have some heavy pieces which were awkward and hard to handle, but I was a little disappointed in how the items were ultimately treated.
I'm 50/50 about using them again. The movers were really nice guys and did go above and beyond in many ways.
