First of all they did not show up within the one hour window. The phone numbers given for this company did not work so neither I nor Hire A Helper were able to get in touch with them. They were hired to unload a POD with a piano and showed up with no handtruck, dolly nor tools. Since they hand carried one piece or box at a time it took them much longer than expected and we had to pay for extra time. They were not careful and broke some of my custom made furniture legs, blaming it on the movers who packed the POD (?) So I have furniture laying on its side until I can have it replaced as well as furniture that was not put together ( the dining table, bed, and china closet) I certainly would not hire these unprofessional people to move your things, they are late, come unprepared and are not careful with your belongings.
