While the two workers were a couple hours late, they were apologetic and seemed to have a good reason. They worked very hard and were easy to work with. They seemed to be quite experienced at moving. I would use them again but only when my schedule was more flexible.

The two young men were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, they were on their phones, either checking them, calling or texting multiple times throughout the two hour timeframe. I felt like if I didn’t jump in and help they would be on their phones every time I wasn’t around. At one point, one of them even carried a 100 year old piece of furniture with one hand and talked on his phone with his other hand. They should have pretty easily had my job done in 2 hrs but my wife, three kids and myself had to do about a third of the remainder of the work after they left because they couldn’t do it in the time allotted. I realize our job was toward the end of the day but they moved way too slow and were way too distracted for me.

The crew was almost 2 1-2 hours late getting to our site. Once there, the guys were fast, respectful and took good care of our property.

Honestly the work that they did was very good. My problem comes in the fact that I didn't notice the no refund for prepayment policy. Originally I scheduled the help to show up between 2 and 3 pm and work for three hours, but I got two separate calls and emails asking if it was okay with me if they showed up later which didn't seem like a big deal as I knew I still needed help with at least the big items that take more than one person to move. I worked through the morning and afternoon unpacking small things until the workers arrived. By the time the workers arrived (roughly 6 pm) they completed unloading the trailer in about an hour. However, due to the fact that I had prepaid I couldn't change the payment due for two workers for three hours to three workers for one hour with a tip. This was just icing on the cake for the terrible experience I had with this cross country move.
