What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Professionalism and efficiency. After booking with us expect a phone call confirming the specifics of the job. Customers are welcome to ask and questions they may have at this time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
To be greeted cheerfully before a full inspection of all items to be moved. This establishes pre-move conditions of all items. If necessary photos are taken at this time ( pre-damaged items etc.). Once things are itemized, and the general scope of the job is determined, the game plan is told to the client.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It depends on the service plan selected by the customer: Basic - No provided packaging (boxing or wrapping of items). All items are to be package buy the customer ahead of time and items are only loaded and/or unloaded. Premium - Packaging is supplied and conducted by Logistical. Per Item - Jobs for specific items with special conditions. * A reasonable amount of blankets and straps are supplied by logistical for all jobs.
What types of moves have you handled?

What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are fluent in todays moving practices and tools. Members have been polished through their prior education and life experience to the point where moving is a simple task (cultural relativism education, interpersonal communication skill development, teamwork exposure, morality teachings, etc.)

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
