These guys were very polite, friendly, and efficient movers. They showed up on time (even called 210 minutes prior to let me know they were close) weren't watching the clock, and happened to stay 10 minutes over their scheduled time to finish loading the last few pieces.
They were also very accomodating to special instructions--you simp[ly have to be an active part of the process. I had a few items that needed special care (e.g. fragile & top load only boxes). I was in the truck periodically to make sure those boxes weren't in a position to getr crushed. The movers were polite and allowed me to get in their way a few times to make sure things were packed the way I wanted. The only complaint is that they either did not notice, or noticed but did not tell me, about some minor nicks to a couple pieces of furniture. Nothing serious, but if they knew it would have been nice for them to own up to it.

The helpers from CNS Moving were great - they arrived right on time, finished everything in a very short period of time (and I was in a 5th story walk-up!), and got everything to the drop-off location in one piece. They also set the furniture up again, without my having to ask them. Over, I was very pleased with the service, particularly since I had to hire on very short notice. Thanks so much!
