Lloyds moving was tremendous from start to finish. They showed up on time, came prepared, work quickly and carefully, and we're very pleasant. They not only did the job quick and efficiently but they were super knowledgeable on how to pack our U-Haul for our across country move. We would not have been able to have moved without them. Best money I've spent in years!

Wonderful experience. I had to reschedule and they were flexible and didn’t charge me a cancellation fee. Just provided gas money. They came out the following week on time. Helped unload. Was very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

Start off when I looked at the time then out my window… the 2 guys were parked down the street standing outside their vehicle… smoking weed. I had to wave them in… let’s go!!
After I got over those smells. They were both super friendly & hard working. However they took turns disappearing… so could have been done quicker…
I gave them blankets & sheets to cover and shrink wrap all of my WHITE furniture. I trusted them. My move was in August, no new home yet. The 2 men were packing my possessions into my POD which then went into storage. No appliances, nothing heavy. All simple.
I gave specific detailed instructions NOT to put all the small loose stuff, garage, tools, gardening, grill, mower etc into the back end/the door end... either stagger it or place in the middle. I wanted my mattresses at the door end. Definitely wrap it. That’s why I paid for the shrink wrap.…needless to say. They shrink wrapped and used blankets on a few items- while I was watching them. Then they stopped wrapping and stopped using my blankets & sheets. They just threw Tge extra blankets into the truck. White new furniture in a moving pod. A poorly packed moving pod. POD called me next morning as it was not locked properly. The grill was bouncing around crashing and scratching my new white furniture. My solid wood table was not covered or wrapped. I had to drive to the storage facility the very next day to relock it right & remove the grill. My white chairs were not covered & wrapped. My white desk left bare with metal items placed on top.
My two flat screen TVs were wedged in between my garden tools not covered not shrink wrapped. My white cabinet is now trashed. Scrapes and gouges everywhere.
Fast forward to October 2021… found my new home & POD delivered.
Yesterday… removed all my items and so much is ruined & damaged.
I would never used Floyd’s service again.
I would not recommend them.
I asked if they had experience with packing a pod & they both said yes. I called Jeremy & he vouched for them & assured me they knew what they were doing.
