Overall a decent experience. Ran at least 1 to 1 1/2 hrs late, so if you're worried about starting on time, I wouldn't go with these guys. Otherwise, moved everything quickly. Didn't pack that great in the truck as they put the bed frame right next to a wood dresser and that got scratched a little during the drive. Also, a plastic lampshade was cracked because it was place in between the mattress and a dresser, luckily it was cheap.

These guys were great! I called only 1 day in advance of my move and they were able to accomodate me. They were so fast and helpful- I'd still be unpacking if it wasn't for them. We unloaded our U-haul and had everything in our 3rd floor walk up in under 2 hours. I feel that the price was very reasonable for the amount of help they gave me.

Our movers were Dave and Ryan. They were to show up at 10:30am and actually showed up early. They went right to work, wrapping the furniture and carrying it down our THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!! Great service. We were running early to Chicago with our do-it-yourself moving truck, and our helpers were willin to show up ahead of their scheduled time, which was great as it's hard to park a large truck on the street for a long period of time. They even helped us find a spot to park our truck once at our new place. As far as unloading our things, they were fast, friendly, and skilled. Highly recommended - great experience.

The initial movers S&L never showed up! They eventually called 3 hours late. The second company hired (Mobile Moving) showed up and did a very good job. They were quick, careful, and courteous.

One of the men from S&L worked constantly with no breaks, trying hard to finish unloading our trucks in our 2 hour timeframe. His colleague was lazy and slow, frequently sitting and taking breaks. He also dropped our box of Christmas ornaments, breaking a few. Overall, they were careful and did a nice job, but even the hard working mover was frustrated with his partner by the end of it.

They two movers were very courteous. They were a little late due to a directions mishap but were very careful with my furniture. I didn't have much for them to move, so it was a fairly easy job for them. It would be great if services offered less than 2 hours, but I also understand.

There was some miscommunication between the coordinating person from S&L and the "helper", a guy named Paris, so we got off to a late start (but that sounds like par for the course in this industry). Paris was great - nice guy, made the whole thing so much easier. Recommend him anytime. Contacted the day before and they were able to help me out.

The workers worked hard while they were here. One worker (Andre)really seemed to know what he was doing. The other did not. When we made initial contact with S&L Express, we asked if two workers would be enough for our job, giving the exact perameters of what we needed done. They said that it would, but we probably could have used four people. If they had suggested this, we certainly would have done it, and the job would have progressed more smoothly.

Wow! The helpers arrived early! We only had the freight elevator for two hours so prompt arrival was essential for our move. All of the crew were very careful with absolutely everthing they moved. They also worked quickly and completed the move faster than we expected. All of the men were very courteous and polite. Excellent!!!

Sundaze was great! The initial confirmation call came in only an hour or so after reserving online (well in advance of the advertised response time). Stacy had several excellent suggestions for loading our truck (in Michigan). She was also able to accommodate changes on our side with the start time with out issue. On the day of the move, our helpers were extremely prompt, efficient, careful, courteous and professional. They arrived before the scheduled time and I don't think they stopped once for a break. Having moved many, many times I expected a few dropped boxes or scratched walls. But there were NONE!
These guys were the best! I would highly recommend them and I'm sure will be using them again!
