HireAHelper secures your payment by using a payment code. This code verifies job completion.

Here’s how it Works:

A payment code is issued for every order placed.

Your helper does not receive any payment until they are given the payment code upon completion of the job! Once the job is finished, you hand the helper the payment code. Once the helper returns the code, proving the work was completed, the helper’s payment is transferred via direct deposit.

If your schedule changes or any emergencies arise, you can always cancel your order for a full refund anytime prior to giving your helper the payment code.

 

How to determine a Helper’s reputation?

 

Customer Reviews:

Each customer has the chance to rate and review their helper once a job has been completed. Customers assign a numerical value to the service they received, and have the option of leaving any comments about the job. Helpers with the highest ratings and best reviews are ranked higher, and better recommended than helpers with poor or no ratings.

 

When selecting a Helper: read past customer reviews to become more familiar with the reputation of each helper.

 

After hiring a Helper: let future customers know about the service you received by rating and reviewing the helper you hired. Your review will be added to the helper’s profile immediately.
