The gentlemen that assisted us were really helpful and fast! The price was just right and totally worth it. They were gentle with all the stuff and weren't rough at all. They even helped us throw away our old box spring. I would totally recommend them to any of my friends and family. The weather conditions weren’t much help but they powered through! My loading situation was a challenge, everyone told me it wouldn’t fit! But these guys fully loaded my UBoxes floor to ceiling and made it work. They came with plastic to protect my furniture using the pads I had. They were super kind and worked well together. I am a satisfied customer.

I had 5 Star help me move my three bedroom two bath home in Mountain View last week. It was a little bit chaotic for me so having them there was really helpful. They worked really hard and were able to stack my furniture so it fit in the space that we were designated in the truck. Totally worth the money spent

The actual movers did a great job. I would work with them again. Now the back end - I paid when the job was done via credit card. I was then sent an invoice via email with a different amount, I sent an email seeking clarification, but have not received an explanation yet. Please help.

Tommy & Robert (?) arrived early to help load my PODs container. They were efficient, quick and did a great job stacking all of my many boxes. I appreciate their hard work. And would used them again if needed. Too bad I’m moving out of state.
