This was absolutely the worst moving experience I have ever had. First they showed up an hour early. Then they took 8 hours after quoting me 3. They stole from me and ruined almost all of my furniture. Not to mention the boxes full of broken stuff. I tried to call the owner with no results. Oh yeah and they overcharged me. Never never never use these movers !

I hired them based on their very high reviews but was very disappointed in the way the job was managed, and would NEVER hire them again. There were a series of events that lead to my displeasure... The first thing was that I was supposed to be working with Mike and had spent a lot of time coordinating with him, and we had discussed the change in schedule, for which he did not express any issues... we were flexible with the start time to accommodate the change. The morning of the move, however, Mike was not the one who showed up, it was Jeff. And, someone had made the decision to change the nature of the contract, and tried to bring more people to do the work in less time. Unfortunately, Jeff ended up rushing the job to failure. Not to mention he spent 45 minutes trying to get a sofa in the POD because he failed to measure it beforehand, so the extra man hours were lost due to his inability to pre-plan. We ended up not able to fit everything we needed in the POD (luckily this was a local move and could take the other items with us.)

A few other issues to note:

1- damage to front door of our old residence, possibly because a) the guys were being rushed by Jeff, and b) the worker hit the door pretty hard with my patio furniture chair, that COULD have been taken through the side yard instead of through the house.

2 - When called to complain about the damage to the door, he came up with every excuse possible, including that they were rushed because i had called to reschedule the job. I reminded him that it was his business decision to change the date, and if he couldn't do it, that maybe he should have declined the job when we changed it.

3 - They were driving an older truck that leaked transmission fluid ALL over the driveway of the new residence... they were clearly aware of the issue, as I watched him pouring the fluid into the truck, but of course when I mentioned it to Jeff, he said it was water... well, it never evaporated.

Not quite sure any service would be able to satisfy Liz as per her husbands comments. I will address additional man issue first; Job was scheduled and rescheduled 4 times, the last time 9pm prior to the day of move on the 30th! - Liz later told me (Jeff) she prefer I tell her unable to fit her job! Come on, we would not place anyone in the situation. After arriving at 9am (we preferred 730) were told POD to be picked up 11am-1pm. Next transmission fluid? There were no less than 4 cars/trucks

We were moving out of state and needed help loading our furnitures in a 16' Penske truck rental. When the guys came they said that our stuff will probably not fit in the truck (yeah...we had a lot of "stuff") and they said they will do their best for us and asked us which furniture are we willing to leave. So we decided to leave the couches, but to my surprise they were able to fit everything in the truck with 30 minutes to spare (they were hired for 2 hours). They did a wonderful job! They were on time, they were prepared for the job and they surely worked hard. They were very respectful and I definitely will recommend them. Thanks JASON and DOUG...you guys were awesome!!!

The mover showed up on time. The job was completed and met my expectation.
I reserved the service less than 16 hours prior to the job and received a good service. I was pleased.

They were AMAZING!! Very fast and soo Helpful! When I moved into the storage place, different movers took 3 hours to move my stuff in and I knew not having alot should have only taken an hour or so. Jeff and his crew moved everything out, packed my PackRat Crate in 1 hour and 15 mins (ish). Very friendly, handled all my stuff with care and made sure the crate was packed well so that nothing would get damaged during my move. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

The day Move It come to do the moving of all my stuff in my condo, they instantly showed professionalism the moment they knocked on my door. All the way through the three hours they worked, they were very courteous and polite getting the task done in the time they were hired for.

Job well done, and I recommend them for their services for anyone else!
