I had hired 3 Helpers (knowing it would take that many) but only two came: ("The other guy? He couldn't make it.") So my son and I had to pitch in at times. The two were very good but a third would've made it easier on them. After I called the tollfree number at the end of the job, the charges were adjusted-- I hope!

The men showed up Friday as scheduled and went right to work. They did an excellent job, mostly without direction. I was moving upstairs in the same apartment building so there were steps involved. I under-estimated the amount of work so needed them to come back on Sunday. Called them at 4:15 PM on Saturday and they took the order and had two guys there the next day on time.
One piece of flat glass was inadvertantly broken and the manager has already come to measure and replace.They certainly put the "Caring " in their name to work in their business.

They showed up on time and were very friendly. I had them help load my apartment into a storage container and they took extra care to make sure that everything fit just right so as not to shift during transport or get damaged. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Great experience! On time, prepared, great attitudes, very professional as well as friendly. Worked hard and did not complain about the heavy stuff or when I asked them to use the remainder of their time by helping move things around in my garage for easier access for sorting. They were happy to help. They were genuinely appreciative of the tip, as if they were not expecting one, which is a refreshing attitude.

Thank you for your quick work of unloading a 16' Penske truck at 2 locations. Preparation included a snow shovel which though the sun did most of the work, there was still some removal to reduce the carpet residue. Yes I will recommend your service to my friends here in Ghent.

They did an amazing job. Worked 4 hours straight - in the snow - without stopping once! They took such great care of my things and really took the time to make sure everything fit in the POD (it was close to not all fitting). Very professional. Would hire them again in a heart beat.
