After dodging me all day they never showed. All though they tried to communicate with me some it was a horrible experience. If you can not provide movers to a job then dont take take the job. They could have told me and I could have found a replacement.

A Little Help Movers did a wonderful job moving our stuff. They arrived towards the end of the time frame but finished the job in no time. They were courteous and polite. I highly recommend them.

The worst move and biggest nightmare ever! They were suppose to show between 10 and 11 am, I contacted them at 10:15 to get the status of their arrival. The guy stated that Hire a Helper, double booked them and asked if they could show up between 12 and 3 pm. I was a little irritated but was nice and stated that I understood, those things happen and agreed. At 2:30 I spoke with them and they stated that they were running behind and would send another crew who were finishing another job and he stated that once his crew was done at their job they would show up as well and then there would be 4 people helping at no additional expense. Around 3:30, I called again and the no answer and the voice mail box was full. I called Hire a Helper and they stated that I should have called earlier, I was losing it by then because I thought I needed to get the truck back by 5 pm. Hire a Helper found another company to to the job. Hopefully they are off the list, I strong voiced that they should be taken off!!!

After loading my truck myself, I knew I needed some help on the other end, and I booked only one day in advance. The movers had a situation with a job that was booked earlier in the day, but they were very communicative about the delay and the new timetable. They even added a third person to get it done quicker, and my move only took an hour. The guys were professional and friendly and went out of their way to be of help. I would highly recommend. And I will definitely use again the next time I move.

Before arriving Tommy called to let us know his ETA. He and his helper were very helpful, knew just what to do and how to do it when packing the POD. They worked without stopping, came prepared for the job and were extremely careful with our property. I'll hire them again when I find a place where I can unload my possessions. Great service. Thank you!
