At first everything went well until they started to pack the truck. The 1 f the 2 guys (Steve) did not take directions/suggestions well. Pack certain items in a way that would compromise the items being packed. Asked if they wanted the dresser wrapped in plastic to avoid scratches or drawers opening, he said no its fine. It wasn't. Same thing with entertainment center, 4 legs came off, back fell off and scratched. Provided rope for tying the contents said it was not necessary. Many boxes fall or got crushed. Asked to move tote box with liquors with 2 people, he said he could handle it, I said it was very heavy and costly. He picked up by himself and fell with tote. Told him again 2 people must carry it. Provided cover for sofa, thought they used it to protect it from dirt. Package with sofa cover was tossed in a box and not used. When sofa was unloaded, notices it was dirty from dirty hands, sweat and footprints from shoes from walking over it. So pissed about that. Now we have to bring someone to clean it. Told them both 4 times that the headboard from the bed was still in the bedroom and not to forget. They did!!! Called them back after they left and they had to come back to jam it in the truck. Extremely frustrating and disappointing service. I seriously doubt well used this company again.
