They came right on time, worked efficiently, and we could finish the job within projected time frame. Communication was no problem with them through the cell phone number provided. The only complaint I had was that they dragged my mattress across a small stretch of garden and we have dirt and wear on the side of the mattress. We accept it as par for the course.

Would never use again. They were 4 hours late which caused a very negative chain of events with extra expense and delay in moving.. Several pieces of furniture were significantly damaged/broken, including my grandmother's antique floor lamp. We purchased 3 dz furniture pads for protection and only 1 or 2 were used. Courtesy was the only positive.

I hired 4 men and I was sent 1 man and his three kids. While two were doing something the other two stood and wathced until I told them that the other two could start carrying stuff out. A four hour job turned into 7 hours because they were not trained movers. They broke a $200 mirror and offered a $10 reduction for it. They were very nice to talk to, but did not know anything about moving. When they first got there I had the truck backed up to the front door which was a direct shot straight out of the house and they wanted to move it to the back door, which was a very difficult exit. They they wanted to move all the boxes out of the garage before moving the big stuff and I told them no, move the big stuff first. They definitely did NOT know what they were doing when it came to moving someone. I was very disappointed and wish I had told them to leave after the 3 hours I had hired them for and I would have if I hadn't been desperate to get the move done, as most people are when t
