I provided the exact times of 9 am - 1 pm and 2pm - 6pm and the date for when I needed their help but the movers did not show up on time. I even spoke with a female from their office before my scheduled move date and she stated that she would change the arrival time to 8am and this would compensate for traffic. I called the company the day of the move and before the movers were scheduled to arrive to ask what time the driver would show and was informed that the driver would only call me 30mins prior to arriving. The day of the move a friend and I had to load the truck at the old apartment. The movers did not show up until 2:45pm. Then the head mover that processed the paperwork was not sure as to what the Patriot Van Lines hourly work rates were and decided to change the request to include himself as a mover to expedite the unloading. I did not have a problem with this as I just wanted to get the truck unloaded on that day. I will not be using this company again.

4 guys came and 1 driver who watched. They did not come with any carts or trolleys as i had organised. They worked hard. They were actually sub contractors hired by Patriot Van Lines and they kept asking about payment, (in the begining it took 20 minutes for us all on the phone to sort it out with Patriot Van lines), which had been made through Hire a Helper to Patriot Van Lines. 3 of the 4 guys worked hard and were good, they didn't bring any water and it was a hot day so i had to give them water and let them use my bathroom. They were polite and careful.
