DO NOT USE CLOUD MOVERS! Alex showed up late, smelling of pot, and by himself (instead of the 2 helpers I had requested). Once he arrived, he looked at my boxes and furniture and said that it was not what he had signed up for, though it did not deviate much for the description I provided (got a new couch). Alex then left us without helping us at all. Luckily, Emily at HireAHelper was able to find us a new mover, TB Monster Movers, that arrived about 2 hours later and were very efficient.

Firstly, Alex was very communicative leading up to the move itself, and at no point did we feel like anything was up in the air or lines crossed. Perhaps we should've specified that a hand truck would've been good to bring - don't assume that they'll be bringing anything other than what's already specified. That said, Tony and Alex worked extra hard on a hot day around several obstacles they shouldn't have had to, and are personable and good guys that take this job seriously. They're very much worth the money, so kick them some good tips too. We were so exhausted, and they helped a lot.
