Hiring mover helper be warn this company or group have tactics stretching time and making your day a miserable. The group claimed (4 guys) all them are charged when I realized they argumentative to instruction then following it. I found myself trap spending time arguing with which was one their tactic time consuming. No moving experience them could not put anything together properly and I complain another argument. There is no professionalism what this company do they were sitting drinking and smoking, constantly on cell phone away from trailer ( walk to their car ). I reported to dispatch or their boss at may be 2hrs. after they started but it did change their attitude so I conclude it was a culture where they sit around on time and get paid if allow them. They were busy counting their finger how they been from the they arrived and smiling. After exhaustive day one of guys handed a his cell phone and indicated my boss wants to talk to you. A job that should have taken 3-4hrs max. ended up taking 7.5hrs. with this groups. The same job was loaded from two location and drove 45 mines unloaded into the same trailer by 3 guys for 6hr. How could less men do more in less time. I am not here to destroy or damage any body I starting my experience and making sure no one should go through the same.

This seems to be a ma & pa shop. They take all jobs, which was helpful in my last-minute situation. But my movers did not show up all day. I got calls to reschedule several times, then a crew member called and said he was en route. He then called his boss and said I told him not to come! So, the boss called me and scheduled a crew for the next morning! The crew who finally came were great guys, efficient and kind. But they were exhausted. They hadn't left their last job the day before until 3 AM. No one offered a discount for ruining my moving plans. Lucky for me, my apartment complex was understanding.
I'm grateful for the help I finally got. I would recommend using this company if your plans are flexible.

The two men were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the company rescheduled the original pickup time at the last minute. That required an additional drive to the other side of town and used an additional hour of my time.
They should also reword the description of their service. Their truck was far larger than 10 feet in size. I would estimate it at 22 feet.
