Great job! Arrived on time! Very professional!

First of all they arrived 30 minutes late. They were not 20 minutes into the job before they quit to take a cigarette break. They basically took a cigarette every 30 minutes after that. Stated that they were going to "take out" for those breaks and when all was said and done, we paid for 5.5 hours to move a one bedroom apt and boxes. I was livid!!! After asking what took them so long, I was told that "the boxes were heavy." Ya think!!!!!!! After inspecting the job, we realized that boxes were placed on the balcony and rained on. Needless to say, we won't patronize this company ever again, for any reason. We were given a one hour refund for our trouble. This was a further insult. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only reason they got one star is because that was the lowest rating they could get.

All of our movers are hired in as a extra helper for 2 weeks or until we feel like they are ready to be on their own.
