J&L Movers did a fantastic job moving my daughter into her apartment. Jordan and Jeremy were both very professional and had the best "can do" attitude of any movers I have used in a long time. They were there to get the job done efficiently and competently. On top of that they were extremely friendly and genuinely wanted to make the move a very good experience. They did. They actually seemed like they wished it was a harder move than it was! I am looking to use them again in a future move.

5 hours late!! Did not come with mask! I had to provide 2 mask for workers. Do not trust this company. Broke ceiling fan before new home owner took possession. Stalled on the clock on purpose, lied about knowledge of taking down a sleep number , could not take down a tv bracket because he didn’t have the right tools, forgot to load washer and dryer and to take items out again. They did not work as team period. This was the worst move I ever had.

Mover's response:

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the quality of your move. We were not 5 hrs late to your job. We accomodated your request to reschedule by completely changing our schedule to fit you in. Your move took the exact amount of time that I told you that it would however you insisted to leave your booking for 2 hrs to load 2 16ft containers. We are not obligated to remove any items from the walls, especially items that require special allen keys or tools that were not requested. We did accidently bump a blade on the ceiling fan and immediately apologized and offered to replace it out of pocket. We have settled your claim for your ceiling fan blade however, we were never compensated for the hours that we worked. I recommend in the future that you report any issues to management immediatly so that they can be resolved.

I will be using them again to unload the 2 containers which they carefully and professionally loaded. Never had there been a moving company to assess the home the day before they actually loaded. That was very impressive, amazing and much appreciated (as I had to move a piano on the first floor, and a treadmill, Washer/Dryer and other very heavy items from the 2nd floor). Excellent company; very friendly and easy to work with crew. The owners are amazing! highly recommended!

Second time using this group, and they were wonderful once again! They were on time, even when GPS didn't take them far enough to our new home! They didn't necessarily have all of their tools with them this time; however, that didn't stop them from getting the job done and on time. Had I needed assembly beyond what I needed, they would have come back the next day free of charge. It was a rainy and wet morning, but we encountered no issues of mud or dirt on our new carpets. I would definitely recommend anyone using this company!
