30 Minutes late. Mover revealed that company had overbooked themselves for that day and he had been called to cover last minute and he picked up friend(other mover) in his car. Came in car. They were young and arrived without any tools, dolly or anything to remove appliances. My son and I had to help them move stuff lest they would have taken twice the time. Broke a glass top from cocktail table and wasted 45 minutes trying to clean the glass from elevator tracks which I will be billed for because it caused the elevators to malfunction. They were hard workers but not strategic workers. Moving from home to storage and things were not placed in storage as to be accessible. Stacked things on top of a high end($6800.00) sofa so I am scared to see what my "new" sofa will look like once I dig it out.
Will not use them again.

Supermen movers did a fine job with our move. They were careful with our stuff & were happy to move a few extra boxes for us apart from the furniture items. They also help us setup a few things at our new place. They completed the job in less time than their minimum estimate but that was because we had already moved a lot of stuff ourselves & we were only moving across the street. However, one gripe I have is that we couldn't complete our move on the planned day as the movers were running 2 hours late & hence we had reschedule for the following day.
is. we were late because of that . we had another crew arranged already incase of that . she insisted on the owner being there therefore she chose to wait . we never rescheduled as we completed the three bedroom home within 3 hrs as you stated above. very sorry you weren't pleased.we will continue to go above and beyond for each and every customer. thank you SMM!

The movers were on time and 1 of them seemed to work the entire time. The other was on his phone and constantly sitting down. Granted it was hot today. They had trouble getting my couch through the door so now my 7000 dollar couch is scuffed and ripped and part of my couch is on the wall which also has a scratch on it. A piece of the foot of my antique dresser is missing and the top has gauge marks on it. I appreciated that they moved me into my apartment but wish they had been more respectful with my belongings. I would not use them again.

These guys kept in touch to let me know exactly when they were coming, came on time, came ready to work and with their own equipment, they professionally moved heavy oak furniture upstairs, did not damage anything, worked without tiring, and were very polite. I thought they were great! I had to ask them to take a break because I thought they were working too hard!

Joey and his helper were very efficient. They needed to take off handles to fridges and they disassembled and assembled them with no problem. They also packed the moving truck very strategically and we were able to make the 1 trip in the allotted time I requested. Bravo! I highly recommend them.

I hired another company through hire a helper which never showed. I called back and Superman came to the rescue!! The 2 guys showed and got right to work. Very professional and hard working. I would call Superman first if I ever needed help moving again.
