Worst experience I've ever had. The crew was drunk, high, or both. Was scheduled for 2pm, they rescheduled 3x before finally arriving at 10pm. After they finished loading the truck we proceeded to the unloading area and they never showed! Their excuse? "We fell asleep" Highly unprofessional! On top of this horrible service they broke many of our high priced belongings. I will never use this service again, I'd rather shell out an extra $100 from uhaul.

All the movers worked very hard and were very polite. We would definitely use them again. Additionally, Nick was very professional in the way he handled the expectations of a tired and grumpy mom in the middle of a move. Great service!

The movers which was a two-man crew (Loaders only) had problems with their timing we had a 10 - 11 AM appointment. We did agree to change the time from 10 - 11 am to a 4 PM arrival time. That was because I had problems with picking up my truck. But they didn’t actually get to my home until 7:10 PM and didn’t leave until around 11 PM. The movers didn’t load my truck in the required two hours which cost me another 2 hours.

Both Nick and his partner (sorry i forget his name) showed up on time, called me while they were on their way, and when they arrived. They quickly got to work and did exactly what I needed them to do in exactly the time we specified. They were outstanding and I recommend them to everyone.
