First, we talked with them the day before we had our service scheduled to confirm the day/time to start. The confirmed starting time for them was 9AM the next day. On that next day, they showed up an hour early. Nothing horrible wrong with being a bit early, but an hour was just too much. We just weren't ready. They sat in their car in the parking lot for ½hr while we got ready before I could let them start. I was hoping to rely on them for advise and recommendations on how to load and whether or not they thought that all of our stuff would fit in one truck...because we had another rental truck reserved in case we needed it. They said they didn't have any idea....they'd just have to wait and see as they loaded the truck. Part of this I kind of understood, but then I thought that they do this all of the time, so I guess I just assumed that they'd at least have SOME kind of idea about space. A few used our bathroom when they were there....understandable.....One of the guys left a big mess in our bathroom...that WE found and had to clean up after they left....NOT understandable. I had them reserved for 5 hrs. They packed SO fast...banging some furniture against the walls, etc...sometimes, their is nothing wrong with getting a job done fast, but you have to do a QUALITY job too. There was just no reason for them to be packing the stuff that quickly. They finished in about 2hrs. I paid for 5hrs regardless, so I was a bit dissapointed. I'm pretty sure that I'll find more stuff damaged when I finally unload the truck into our new house, but for now, I know that there is a big gouge in our antique floor radio because it was packed right up against (directly touching) a wooden leg from our sofa. And they banged up a few walls in the house that I had to go back and repair right before we left the house. Anyway, the whole experience wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. If I had to do it again, I'd try my luck with someone else.

All of the guys at Creme de la Creme Moving Company were great from start to finish. They were on time, professional, polite, and took great care in moving our furniture and art. They were very helpful and had a wonderfully positive attitude. They seemed to enjoy their work and took a lot of pride in doing things right the first time! I would recommend them to anyone with moving needs. Great job!

They did a good job. They were on time and I appreciated the fact that they were respectful of my property. One of the guys was sick with the flu but he still worked hard. I will use them again in the future.

The guys were promptly on time and ready to get to work. We appreciated thier diligence and knowledge to not only bring down heavy furniture down stairs and also to load up our 26' moving van. When we unloaded nothing was broken or scratched. They worked really quick! Very impressed and highly recommend Creme de la Creme!! You will not be disappointed.

I hired 2 guys for 2 hours for just a few heavy furniture items including a piano. The owner was one of the guys who came and they arrived 30 min earlier than scheduled which was nice. (Although I would have like a phone call 15 min ahead of time so I could have been more prepared when they arrived). The guys got straight to work and seemed very knowledgable on how to move and pack furniture to use every inch of space in the truck. They made sure to be very careful with the furniture so it wouldn't get scratched. After they moved all the furniture I had asked for, they still had about an hour left so they ended up offering to move a few more pieces of furniture and some boxes. I thought that was really nice of them since they could have just gone home after that but since I paid for the 2 hours, they were willing to move some more furniture for me. The owner was also very helpful in explaining how to pack the rest of the truck and how to position the furniture so it would fit. He also made some more very helpful suggestions in packing the rest of my stuff and pointed me in the right direction in finding cheap moving blankets to rent. I would definitely use this company again in the future and reccommend them to all my friends and family.
