I needed assistance with packing items that had been left behind after my move because I ran out of time and truck space. Most companies refused my request because no one was going to be at the apartment when they arrived but Main Line Movers accepted my request. They were a bit late due to a flat tire, but communicated the delay and showed up at the agreed upon later time. They packed up everything they could with the materials that were available to them (boxes, tape, etc.). They communicated with me throughout the process and let me know when they were finished so I could have someone stop by to check their work so I could release payment. They worked quickly and packed the boxes well and I thank them for taking the job.

Helper was on the phone the whole time. Didnt bring requested equipment. Left early. Disaster

This is completely false, I have text messages proving that your workers changed our booking to a 2 person move and your movers from CO showed up 1 hour late when we were on time. The booking starts when we arrive and unfortunately your employees showed up late and requested equipment incorrectly which is why I did not bring anything. You need to request equipment through booking and pay any fees associated with them not request them night before via text. That is why HireAHelper sided with

Main Line Movers were great. They were prompt and courteous and worked very hard. The weather conditions were less than ideal - it was raining very hard but these guys kept hard at work. I really appreciated their effort. I would definitely use them again.
