The movers did show up on time. Unfortunately they had expressed as soon as they got to the house that they weren’t prepared to move an entire house. They were pre booked for 3 hours and said they were only prepared to be there for 1. They had no dolly, no straps, no equipment AT ALL. They were told they were not aware there was a washer and dryer… (it was on the order). I called a week ahead of time and confirmed the movers but the gentleman that showed up said no one wanted my job so they had to take it without any sleep from working the night before at another job. They had no experience loading pods, which is why we were referred to their service in the first place. The gentleman that showed up did work very hard in getting the furniture outside, but did not know how to properly pack a pod, and therefore we had to unpack the entire thing and repack it ourselves. Waste of $400. Not to mention they asked me to go buy them snacks and waters since they didn’t bring anything to drink… I was not prepared to feed people for three hours of work. Horrible. Would not recommend.

Awesome crew super fast diligent fair and honest I would definitely recommend them for pricing and as well reliability and efficiency . I am glad I picked them I would not have wanted no other way .. shout out to Denis he was outstanding and put his best foot forward to be friendly and great costumer service all the members were just amazing!
