I hired two movers for two hours in order to help unload a uhaul following a move. Only one mover showed up and he was an hour an forty five minutes late. I was extremely disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this company, however I would utilize hireahelper again as their customer service was very good.

They were on time, however one of the workers had very bad body odor. This would have been acceptable after hours of working but this was their first job of the day. It would have been nice if they had on company t-shirts. I was told that they would. They could have been more prepared by having shoe covers. The guys had no problem removing their shoes, however they left them off when they went outside to unload the truck (defeated the point of not tracking dirt back into the house). They guys were very hard workers and were respectful to our property and goods. I would have liked for a supervisor to check in with the guys from time to time. They ran out of water and asked us to provide. I did not have a problem with this but good supervision would have fixed this.
I probably would pay a little bit more for a more professional moving company and would not use this company again.

They were able to complete the move within two hours and nothing was damaged. So concerning the move, I am satisfied. However, the company is unprofessional and did not contact me until I had to track them down myself. Then they added on fees that were not clearly written out such as the mileage fee that they charge as well as fees for steps. All these fees are not unreasonable but it would be nice to have been told these extra fees until it was too late.

They arrived to the job on time and met me as requested at location. All was in order, and they were very pleasant and helpful.

The fellows they sent needed alot of supervision, they were slow and not prepared to do the work without me herding them, do this do that, I even had to help which with two knee replacements, is a no no.
The company really needs to make sure their people are trained in unloading...Find another company
