I was disappointed with this move. I have moved 3 times in 3 years and have never had such slow service. It took them 2 hours to load 1 uhaul van and 1 pickup truck. We got to the storage unit, they went and got lunch, and we had it totally unloaded before they arrived. I released them via a phone call, they arrived at the storage unit anyway and tried to help with boxes although we had already unloaded all the heavy furniture. I do not feel that put in an honest 2 hours service, and yet they charged us for additional time which disappoints me greatly. I normally tip but feel that they slow service and charging me for additional time was more than enough. The only positive i have are they were personable.

The guys that helped us were awesome! Both very polite and very helpful. They did an excellent job and would highly recommend them. Their names were Trent and Ethan. Hope I have the second name correct. Anyway would use them again. It was a huge relief to have them help, we really appreciate their kindness and muscles! ??

Ethan and Trent are simply wonderful! They came on time and worked efficiently and completed the job with more time to spare. They respected our property and made sure that nothing was damaged. They listened to what we needed to do and managed to pack all the necessary belongings in the POD. They were very friendly and made the whole process seamless. If we can take them with us to our new home and help us again, we would gladly hire them! Highly recommend these great individuals to anybody needing help to move! Thank you so much Ethan and Trent!

Although he was delayed by traffic Ethan was efficient. He can lift anything by himself. He figured out how to get it all into the rented van and nothing moved when I drove it home. He carried it all down some steep stairs without complaint. He encouraged me so I was less worried during the entire move. Thank you.

AWESOME! Our movers were on time, and actually called to see what my preference was on when they should show up within my 1 hour window. They were professional, courteous, respectful of my belongings and property, and finished in a timely manner. I would, without a doubt, recommend them and use them again when and if I move. They were also very funny and friendly; a delight to chat with!
