What can a customer expect after booking with you?
I generally contact a customer within 5 minutes of receiving an order to get all relevant details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
In ten years I have never been late. I rather be an hour early than a minute late. I work much faster than other movers, as I am the owner and want to represent my company properly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be packed, as I won't do any packing. My goal is to get your stuff loaded or unloaded as quickly as possible, with zero damage. I provide all necessary equipment that I will get back, and supply rope for one way trips. If the job is a load only then you need to supply any furniture pads as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
In ten years I have handled just about everything, including overseas moves. While I am quite strong, keep in mind you are hiring one person. Somethings are just impossible so have realistic expectations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Each job is different, I would be bored in a job that is the same each day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I prefer to handle the technical aspects, so my primary concern is having strong employees that require little assistance in getting items to the truck. My current go to employee is the strongest highschool power lifter in Oregon. When a 17 year old is making $30/hr you know he is doing a great job.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
