I request the service in about two weeks ago. We did called to confirm that they will come on November 30, 2019 between 9 to 10 am.
The worker confirmed that they will show up at 10 am on November 30, 2019. They didn't showed up on that day. We tried call to see if they are on the way but they did never answer the phone. So, I have to call company to help me to find other company who can help us to unload. It stressful for us because we was not sure if company will be able to find other company. They were able to find other company and help us to unload.

Weeks before the move I called them 4 times, let a massage for them to confirm with us. Also send an E-Mail out to them to confirm with them the date and time. Both ways they didn't response. At that point I should realize and change the company. But some of the review said that they don't get confirmation from the companies so I thought that was normal. Two days before I got a random Text massage to confirm the date. Moving day is approaching and they were scheduled between 11 and 12. At 12 I got a call from HireAHelper, to confirm the reschedule for three days later! I didn't know anything about it. They just rescheduled so I had no one show up. Unbelievable! That's worse than having friends and family cancelled on you last minute. So I had to move everything by myself. Don't hire them!!! Also HireAHelper should be accountable for it too. Even there are the middle man but they choose those companies and it is there reputation! I guess you get what you pay for!

Dream Movers did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, were extremely careful and courteous, and worked non-stop in 90 degree heat. I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Dream life moves are 5 star movers. They were on time ready to work. They went above and beyond what I expected. They are very respectful young men. They assisted my 88 year old grandmother with her things. I will use them everytime I move. Dom, Richard, C and Joey Thank you all very much for excellent customer service. Called to let e know they would be 45 minutes late. Nice! Showed up 1 hour 45 minutes late. Boo! All I asked for was packers.... couldn’t work a tape gun. Nice nice guys!!!! But please just hit them to move stuff!!!

Apart from the fact there was a mix up about a 10 truck I thought came with the crew ( Did Not!) my guys and their personal company was great. They were professional, proficient and polite. They worked their butts off to get the job done and were working the whole time. I would be most happy to recommend them to anyone who asked. They showed up on time and they were courteous and respectful. They moved quickly and did not damage any floors or walls. They worked to figure out difficult situations, such as; large pieces of furniture out doorways and etc.
