A&A helped us during a very stressful situation with UHaul canceled on us in the 11th hour.
The movers, Rasheed, Jess, and Brandon were outstanding. They were patient, friendly, and funny. The move was so much longer than we expected, and they committed the entire time. I couldn’t even believe it. They moved heavy, large furniture out of difficult doorways and did so with no complaints and so much thoughtfulness. We would highly recommend them for your moving needs.

Adam was responsive and communicated well. The two movers were professional and also fun; they had great personalities. Everything was carefully moved and put away to best utilize the storage space. Would highly recommend!

They were on time and worked hard. In the beginning they took about half hour to settle down and open their truck and other stuff. I can't say they were prepared for the job. They did damage/broke some parts, although it's not much visible. They tried to be respectful of the property. I am not sure if I use them again. They over charged me for the service.

80% of the way through the load, the two movers decided to try and maneuver their truck into the alley behind our house. They went the hard, narrow way and ended up giving up, so that was 20 minutes I paid for. There was no need to go through the back. Must've been because a couple minutes earlier I commented how glad I was things were moving along.
And then once they had everything loaded, they went to the wrong house. Somewhere across town. When I asked after the move what address they went to, the driver pulled up his phone and showed they'd gone to some "1/2" address. Our house number is "1100 1/2" so those aren't anywhere near each other but the driver still tried to suggest I'd given the wrong address... even though their invoice had the right address listed... So that was easily another 20 minutes I paid for.
Billy: "Well, Adam would say that was a small thing."
Me: "That's easy for Adam to say when he's not paying for it."
Billy: "..."
And then when they got to the right house, they said they left their handtruck at the old house and would have to go back for it which involved driving the whole 26-foot truck back. Another 15 minutes I paid for.
And then one mover was adamant about trying to get our washer and dryer down the basement stairs even though I told them multiple times that if it wasn't an easy fit that they could put the appliances in the backdoor mudroom. "No, bro, I wanna make sure you're happy!" Well, they didn't measure the whole basement staircase. The washer was never going to fit, but "coincidentally" they didn't find that out until after they'd already taken apart the basement door frame (literally). So I paid for ~40 minutes of work because they couldn't plan ahead and measure a couple of pinch points in a staircase. Never heard of measure twice, cut once?
And then there was lots of kerfuffle about getting furniture in the front door (up a bunch of stairs) even though I told them it'd be easier to pull the truck up the driveway and come in through the stairless back door. When they finally moved the fridge and dryer into the mudroom through the backdoor, one of the movers commented to the other, "yeah, this is a lot easier." Man, if only I'd already told them that three times. More time wasted.
Couch got a big gouge in it as some point. If they noticed, they didn't say anything to us.
By the end, it was after 8 o'clock at night, more than two hours after they could've been done, so that's at least $240 extra I paid for, and I'm still not sure what it bought. The new house is literally _a mile_ from the old house and the furniture was all cleaned off and the floors clear to make it as easy for them as possible. Still took six hours. Sorry guys, but never A&A again.
