5 ?????????? SERVICE!! Charlie and Joe were absolutely fabulous helpers!! They arrived on time with a great attitude, worked EXTREMELY hard packing a rental truck for 3 hours ( with temps in the low 90's and high humidity.) They were professional, courteous, respectful to us and our belongings and worked tirelessly. If you are searching for hard working helpers, I highly recommend the service provided by Moving in Motion!

This was our first time dealing with Movers and I must say we were a little nervous. We booked Rob & Patrick and I must say the experience from beginning to end was perfect! Everything they said came too and when the actual move started we were very pleased with the system they had in moving the furniture in and out and how they packed 2 (26 Ft ) trucks. Not only were they friendly but they really cared on the experience which is huge to us. I will most definitely recommend them to friends and family! Thank you again guys for everything!

Guys showed up with a surprised look on their faces that we should have hired more guys. (Isn't this what you do??) Moving guys were friendly, and packed the boxes tight into the trailer, however paid NO attention to the weight of the items. After unpacking the items, it was quickly discovered that many fragile items were on the bottom, with very heavy items on top of them. Tables, chairs, desks, etc were ALL scratched, dented or ruined in some way. I think nearly 3/4 of the entire truckload of items had some form of damage to them. This was NOT due to the movement of the truck, but to the way the items were packed. For example, boxes of heavy books were stacked on top of a desk, and all four legs are wobbly now, Table tops were deeply scratched with bicycles digging into them. I would NOT recommend these guys. Get someone who knows how to pay attention to the items and their fragileness, and not how they can squeeze one more item into a small hole.

We had a great experience and would highly recommend Moving in Motion and, especially, the two gentlemen who helped us move.
The day before our move, we were contacted by Rob at MiM to review the details of our move. He offered some good advice for making things easier for the movers (plastic wrap, furniture pads, truck size) that we accommodated as possible. He felt that we might need a larger truck than we had rented (an upgrade that would not have cost extra), but we were unable to find one available on our short deadline.
We set an arrival time of "between 10 and 11," hoping for an arrival in the later part of the hour to ensure we had our truck ready and had prepped some things. Qua and Altyree (I apologize if I'm butchering their names) arrived a little before 11:00 (which was perfect) and got right to work. We were incredibly impressed at how quickly they worked and how well they packed the truck. Even though we had a smaller truck, they packed much more into it than we had even hoped was possible. The entire loading process took a little over an hour, which was a shocking testament to how good these guys are.
At our destination, the apartment was a third floor walk-up, but that was no deterrent to the speed, care, and efficiency of these two professionals. I can't say enough great things about these guys. There are a few items we own that I can say with surety we would not have been able to move into our new apartment on our own. Qua and Altyree didn't bat an eye at dealing with heavy items or figuring out the maneuvering of large items through narrow staircases.
On top of the expertise they displayed, and perhaps most impressive of all, was the speed with which they worked. We had planned for six hours of labor (including an hour of travel time between locations), with the expectation that more time might be needed due to the destination being a third floor apartment. We were done in four hours. Less time, more cargo, friendly, intelligent service. Everything about the work was commendable.
