Ironically named because they didn't get it done. They initially rescheduled from 9am to 1 because the job they had was talking longer than expected. 1 pm came and went and no movers. Then 4pm they call and say they are caught in traffic. Apparently they were unable to see that moving a 7 bedroom house would affect the rest of their day. They told me they were still coming and told the company they were canceling. Finally got a different company to show at 730pm

I had initially hired another helper who had to quit midway because they damaged my goods. Hireahelper then sent GidderDun movers to complete my move. They were on time, very friendly and very professional. They came in with the right set of people and tools required to do the job. I hired only two people but they also had a third helping hand (they didn't charge me for that). They moved in all my goods with no damages. They were very careful with them. I hired for three hours for a 2br to 2br move and they finished well within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend them!

One mover (of two) did not show. First message was that he was at the DMV, next one was that he couldn't work in AZ, where the storage unit was. The one worker that showed up, Shirley, was early and worked very hard, and had a great attitude. Unfortunately due to not having a partner, she could not effectively stack items in the storage unit; it is now a mess that will take me a day to straighten out. Also, due to working by herself and becoming exhausted by the heat, at least 10 boxes tumbled off of the handtruck coming down the ramp - fortunately we were well-packed and don't have have fragile stuff. As far as GidderDun movers, I cannot recommend them. They would not even refund 50% of what I paid - in my opinion, I should not even have been charged for the disservice that was done.

Dear sir, unfortunately you kept changing times on me. The one worker that was suppose to help couldn't come to the changed time scheduled. I did offer $100 back from the job and gave you options. I.also offered to move you out of the storage for a $200 off your move. I could of sent more workers to help however we are almost 2 hours away and you wanted it done at that time and could not wait for us to come out there. When I found out the movers had not shown up at the scheduled time I immediately contacted the customer and offered to send another crew immediately. I would not of charged him for the emergency replacement. Customer already had found a replacement. When the customers replacements (from a different company)hadn't shown up, I offered again to send out replacements immediately. , prior to this incident, this crew has never been late for a job, its Not their normal character. They were very friendly and quick to get my truck unloaded even in the heat! however there was a big piece of furniture that broke because of how it was handled. We had tried to let them know how to pick it up properly but they did not want to listen. They did come back to fix it later but with my supplies, they did not pay for the supplies needed to fix it.

The big piece of furniture mentioned was a ceramic tiled table with wood legs that was packed in truck on its side(not by our movers) putting pressure on the leg panel.the panel and legs were as one piece held in by screws. While moving table the screws came out of the wood. Used wood glue to better secure the table and once dried customer called workers back to put screws back into table. This was not caused by negligence of our movers. However we were more than happy to fix the legs. We hope y
