The 2 guys that helped us were fabulous. They were on time, efficient, friendly, and even helped reorganize one of the containers we already filled to give us more space and prevent shifting when the container was moved. Loaders arrived in time, assessed items to be loaded. Loaders did not have access to a dolly, which slowed them down.
When my loaded POD arrived at its destination I was missing my Roku soundbar. I personally placed this item in its original box, next to other electronic items. Those electronic items arrived, but the Roku soundbar was stolen. I locked the door to the POD after they left and had the key in my possession the whole time. Hopefully they're lives are better....sad
Working with Hire A helper was a breeze and thank you for setting up the loaders. Your company may have to reevaluate this Company going forward.

They four men did an excellent job loading the truck. They packed it tight and handled everything very careful. They were very friendly but very professional too. They had us packed in two and a half hours. They didbt rush but they didnt lag behind either. I would definitely use them and no one else!! Thanks guys very much!!

Did a great job loading pod for moving. They called ahead of scheduled time and were able to get here early and job was done super quickly. Curtis the owner was here overseeing things and helping. Very nice crew and definitely would recommend.
