Boise Mover Reviews
Johnny and Jesus were fantastic! There on time, friendly, calm and professional. And they got the job done fast!
Zach and Michael B were on time, took super good care of my things and were professional, courteous , patient and thoughtful. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!!
Great guys & great job!
Nicky was so cheerful on the phone and that’s how his entire interaction was from the beginning to the end! His side-kick, Liam, was also a sweet young man and together, they worked efficiently to get the job done! They both had a heart of gold offering to help in any way they could - you can tell they love being of service?? Couldn’t recommend them more highly if you are moving in Boise/Eagle. I’ll be telling everyone about them!
They showed up on time, worked fast and finished quickly. I’d hire again
The A2Z team that came was good. My issues were with Hire a Helper: 1) They provided a quote and said it was good for up to 25 ours before the planned move. When I responded within their time limit, I received a call that the team could not do the job at the agreed to day. 2) When Hire a Helper found another team, the price had gone up almost 20%. When I talked to them, they basically told me it was my problem. 3) Additionally, they underbid the time by 40%. 4) So with the increased rate and additional hours, the job cost almost double their quote. 5) They are efficient at billing and collecting. In summary, I felt their quoting process was inadequate, and their customer service was poor. I would not use them again but would go to the service provider directly.
