We are here to provide loading/ unloading of your goods in a timely, safe and efficient manner. We provide excellent customer service, communication and stress-free moving so YOU, the customer can feel relaxed and comfortable. We remain flexible while curtailing to your moving needs. We have been active movers thru U-HAUL for 3 years. We are new to HIRE-A-HELPER but not new to moving. We are confident that if you choose us, you will have made a NICE MOVE!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect the utmost satisfaction in communication, professionalism and customer service in loading or unloading their goods.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will contact the customer the day before (or earlier) to verify moving time and location. We will call or text you to inform you that we are on our way to the location (roughly 1/2 hour). Once we arrive, will assess your goods that need to be moved and check for any special instructions by the customer. From there, we will load/unload your items in a timely, safe manner while taking exceptional care of your goods until the job is complete.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Any items that the customer deems fragile or precious to them should be packed and wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap if necessary. Customers should expect questions about there goods and what they prefer to be moved next if applicable. Customers should be 90% finished in packing there goods as not to extend the time frame they have paid for and not have any delays. Customers should have payment ready at completion.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done many local moves as well as several moves where customers are leaving or entering the state. We have loaded/unloaded large 26 ft trucks, smaller trucks and even pick up trucks. We have handled items ranging from plastic bags to large hutches, beds or furniture.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being in the moving business is seeing the relief and stress removed on the customers face when we are finished. So many people are happy and joyous with our service and are thankful that we were able to help them. The hugs and shaking of hands we get from customers are the best.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We constantly provide training on every move with new or veteran movers. We believe that no move is ever the same and learning to adapt to each individual move allows our crew to advance and have the ability to deal with multiple situations. We regularly discuss moves before, during and after. Before; to anticipate what is to come, During; for adjustments we need to make. And after: to go back and review what we did well and what we could have improved on. We are ALWAYS in training!!!
