My husband and I needed help moving our daughter into her 2nd floor apartment in Syracuse. Lou Vasta and Company (Viking Moving) helped us unload a 14-foot Uhaul rental in no time. These guys were very accomodating on time of arrival, very expeditious, courteous and enjoyable to be around. They did all the heavy moving without complaint and without any breakage or damages to the apartment. We would definitely hire Viking moving again when we need help and would recommend them highly to anyone.

I was very satisfied. The crew arrived on-time. They were helpful and careful. They remembered to sweep out my rental truck and folded my pads neatly. After loading they followed me to the truck drop and gave me a ride home. I would use them again.

friendly and professional, reserved 4 movers, only showed up with 3 people, but worked longer to make up for it.

They arrived promptly but they were not professional movers. There were 3 men, 1 who appeared to be over 50 and one between 45 and 50yrs. There were 2 who could move funiture and 1 mentally challenged man who could not lift even moderately heavy weights. The price was high for the help and I did not consider them professional movers. We had 2 very heavy pieces to move and it was slow going until they were moved, one of which was a 60" large projection TV which they dropped on the way to our barn. They were pleasant men but I was not paying for pleasant nice men. I needed professional movers with good moving equipment. I would not use them again. I should have been charged for 2 men only. I will be following up with the Hire a Helper people to discuss a refund of some sort for the lack of 3 able men.
