They were 2 hours late, although they did call earlier in the day to let us know they would be late. We asked them to bring a dolly, they said they would, but they didn't bring one. Said they forgot. It made the unloading much more difficult, as the basement had very low ceilings, which we had stated on original order. They were very slow and charged for 3 extra hours. Very inefficient and spent time checking phone, having a cigarette break and just walking back and forth from truck to basement carrying nothing. I would never recommend them and certainly wouldn't use them again.
