I was from out of town and needed someone to help me load up my parents HUGE china cabinet. I was skeptical hiring blind but saw their reviews and took a chance. Even though they were not on time they called to inform me and made sure that my schedule was ok with their delay. Very considerate! Upon arrival they were very personable, friendly, and ready to help. They did not delay and got right to work. They moved my family heritage china cabinet with ease and no damage, and even helped me secure it safely in the trailer for my 13 hr long haul home. I wish I could have brought them home with me to help unload!!! I recommend this company to anyone who needs help moving 1 item to their whole house!!! Thanks guys!!

We were in a different state and did not have anyone to over see the operation. A list was given of items to bring and what to leave. Sheets, Blankets, and any other fabric items in the apt., were to be used for padding. They were on time and communicated via txt and phone. When the load came in a pod it had shifted and the furniture was jamed against the door. There was no padding between the pieces and the wood rubbed leaving large worn marks on the furniture. The furniture was not tied down. I would not use them again with out being there.

The 2 movers that showed up were nice enough, but SLOW, VERY SLOW. We were quoted by a different company that had 2 guys and truck indicating the move would take between 8-10 hours. I ended up paying for 10 hours (8 of which was used just to load). So in doing the math it took 4 times longer to load than unload. I realize it takes longer to load, but it should not take 4 times as long. I ended up sending them home before the work was finished (I needed a second trip) because they were so slow. In fact, they even had the audacity to stop at a gas station to meet one of their wife's during the trip to the new place getting kisses while on charging me for their time. I tried calling Cass (the owner) no less than 3 times, I finally got a return call 5 days later...asking for a review, so here it is.
