The owner was very nice on the phone, and they were definitely on time, but the two guys he sent were incompetent. First, they did not bring a waiver for us to sign regarding moving a piano, and this led to liability issues. Second, one of them was so overweight that he could not climb our attic stairs to bring boxes up there. Finally, after they broke a leg off of our piano, the office manager was rude and refused to acknowledge any legitimacy to our complaint. We had to file a dispute with HireAHelper.
