Within five minutes of the movers coming to my house they scratched the wall. I had some putty and was able to mend the mark as best as I could. The drivers were constantly on their phone instead of working to load my truck. The job should have only been two hours and they exceeded that time. It is no wonder that it took longer with them constantly on their phones. I do not recommend this company.

Mover's response:

We apologize for scratching the wall and are more than willing to compensate the customer for the damages. However, the job took longer than expected because the customer simply was not prepared to move. We were instructed to disassemble the bed set and shrink-wrap ALL of the customer's furniture. Also, many of the customers items were spread across the floor and had yet to be put in boxes upon to arrival, making maneuvering items out of the apartment time consuming and difficult.

The workers were an hour and fifteen minutes later than the actual window of time given for their arrival. They really hustled when they arrived and I felt got a little too rambunctious moving my precious cargo. They were respectful and did the job that was asked of them. My cargo did arrive at its destination all in one piece with no breakage or damage.
