I had placed a request for 3 movers for 3 hours to unload a 24 ft truck into a 3 level townhome, fairly common work. Did not ask for anything to be assembled just placed in the correct rooms. The main mover, Jeremy was great! He had a great attitude and was trying to keep the others on track. However, one of the other movers had a bad attitude the whole time, was moving really slow and kept complaining. This really made me upset as 3 movers for 3 hours should move fairly quickly but the stayed the whole 3 hours with me helping towards the end to help speed things up. Don't know if I would use them again because there was no sense in urgency and the complaining and lack of motivation really annoyed me.

Tip Top Movers lived up to their name. They called an hour in advance and again when they were 10 minutes away. The2 young men were well groomed, clean cut, professional and friendly. They worked hard the entire time and made sure our things were loaded securely. I would hire Tip Top again.
