What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers will receive a text or email confirming the time and date. Also, a follow up phone call to will be made to answer any questions a customer may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Professionals loaders will arrive early ready to go to work. We'll take an inventory of the items to loaded or unloaded and explain the process. We will not load any hazardous items or material unless a prior arrangement has been made.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all box packed and ready to load or unload; cover items if pads are available. As stated previous, we will do brief walk through to determine which items are to be loaded, and determine if there are any fragile items that require special care.
What types of moves have you handled?
Mostly local, residential moves with occasional trips as far as 150 miles.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Customer interaction. It's a great feeling when a customer is satisfied and appreciative for the service you provided. I strive for great, not good. We believe in going the extra mile and doing whatever is in our power to make a customer's moving experience as pleasant as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Hand-on training on how to properly handles items, packing box, proper truck loading and customer service skills.
