Howard was in contact with me far in advance which was very helpful, misty for logistics of timing what items I needed the most help with. Eric and Jamie worked hard and went the pace I required of them, the two balanced each other well with ones energy and enthusiasm and the others experience and familiarity with getting heavy large objects through stairwells and narrow doors. I would recommend them to anybody looking to load or unload a truck regardless of size. Thank you all, gentlemen it was nice to have a great send off with friendly helpful people :)

These guys are not actually Top Choice Movers. They apparently took over the phone number from the old Top Choice company and are still doing moving jobs, but there's no way of knowing whether the reviews here are actually for Top Choice or are for the new people. The two men who showed up for my move were almost an hour past their arrival window. They didn't work particularly quickly, and they weren't particularly gentle with all of my items, especially toward the end when they were tired and we were struggling to make items fit, but the job got done. You get what you pay for. I will not hire from this company again.

AVOID! After waiting about 30 minutes, I decided to call to see when they would arrive. When I called, it seemed they forgot my reservation or, just didn't plan well for it as I was told that movers were still on another move and wouldn't be able to come until 2 pm, which was 3 hours after our 11 am start time! In the end, we did get movers but, TWO HOURS LATE. After they arrived I tried to express my urgency in moving quickly as we had a reserved time slot for the elevator. But, the movers were moving VERY slowly. Taking one thing at a time and using their cell phone in between trips. To move out of a one bedroom apartment out it took FOUR hours. And then, they came with us to unload the truck in our new apartment which took another FOUR hours! It was absolutely the longest and most frustrating day. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Definitely pay a little more to get movers that actually HELP your move.

I was so surprised when the two workers showed up. They looked like teenagers with very slight builds. One was a young lady and the other a young man. Well....you can't judge a book by its cover. These two young people, 24 and 29 years old were awesome!!! Along with their brevity, they were efficient, hard working, and super-organized! They showed up early and worked extremely hard in very hot weather. I would recommend this company a million times over! Thank you Top Choice Movers for living up to your name. --K. The guys worked very hard but broke 4 of our items. They apologized immediately. We asked them to bring in our couch and suggested they measure before bringing in;however, they were confident it would fit. It did not and caused the couch to be ruined from all of the pushing and shoving against the wall.
