On Tuesday, I booked Movin Corp for a job on Friday. On Wednesday, Robert from Movin Corp called me and asked if I could check my credit card statement because he hadn't seen the payment show up and he told me that if he couldn't figure out how to get the payment then they wouldn't be able to do the job. I told him that HireAHelper keeps the payment until the job is done and I have to call the phone number to release the payment to Movin Corp. (How he didn't know this, I do not know!) About five minutes later, HireAHelper calls me to tell me that Movin Corp could no longer do the job. Way to let your customers down, Robert... how was I supposed to find someone to do the job in less than two days notice?!? Fortunately, HireAHelper promptly found me replacement movers that confirmed right away - thank you HireAHelper!!!
