Jordan and his coworker did a great job, the only issue I have is it only took maybe 20 minutes start to finish and I had to pay for two hours. In the future I would definitely hire a company that allows me to pay for the actual time used.

They were respectful of my property. They were prepared. If I had known they were literally "speedy movers", I would have chosen differently. They were on time, but didn't heed my directions. Called and said they were here and where do we go?. If they were here they shouldn't have needed to go anywhere. My first concern regarding following instructions. There were three instead of two, not dressed as professionals, and the one I gathered was the boss, or spokesperson would not listen to me, but interrupted me when I was telling them what I needed done next, to ask me what needed to be done next. My end was unprepared as their schedule changed twice, as well. The guy rushed me, and stagnated me at the same time. I hired for three hours when I only needed an hour in a half. Finally I was so irritated by his behavior that offered them partial payment and asked them to just go when they were trying to modify the first part of three. Then he stood over me and insisted I release payment. It was unnerving. the job was not done and I was intimidated. I just wanted them to go. Couldn't release payment for the three hours. Speedy...how? I'm sorry.

The crew called to let me know that they were not going to arrive at the agreed time, but as my job was not time sensitive, I told them to take the time they needed, as they were at another job. When they showed up, it was obvious they were ready to get on with the job. I seriously overestimated the time I needed, they only took about 30-40 minutes to unload the Pods container and deliver the items to the apartment. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

While Ray and Santos were relatively personable and on time, the result of what they did ruined my experience. When I opened the truck they had packed, the packing blankets were on the floor of the truck instead of being used to protect the furniture. Straps had been used only at a low point to secure things, so the mattress had flopped forward, causing the strap to put a gouge into my headboard. Why wasn’t this wrapped and tied above, too? Further, they made the mistake of packing the rolling rack that I had just bought that morning for transporting my hanging clothes. When they learned about the mistake, they did not offer to fix it, even though they were finishing more than 20 min early. They knew they had done something wrong, but we’re more interested in getting out of there than correcting their mistake. Further, they were texting on their phones the entire time they were there. I’d never use this service again.
