Although we contacted Sanford & Son twice to confirm our contract and to discuss how we could help make their job easier and we were assured they would be here on the established date, the failed to show up. Our scheduled time was between 9 and 10 am. When they were no here at 1030, I called to see if they needed directions. The lady at Sanford and Son that answered said she would contact them and call me right back. When she hadn't called by 1130 I called to see if there was a problem, but my call went straight to voice mail, but the account had not been set up. This was the same result over the next half hour, so I called HireAHelper to see if they could assist me in contacting them. She could not make contact either and since we were on a tight schedule, I could not wait for them to find someone else to help. Our HireAHelper representative, Yvette, was extremely helpful and cancelled the contract and refunded our money. Bottom line, I would under no circumstances recommend Sanford and Son.

They arrived early, were polite and courteous, and moved our items quickly and carefully. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The 2 movers were very polite, communicated that they were running behind and made sure to keep me up to date on timing. They both worked VERY hard and were more than helpful. I am a single mother and moved for the first time, alone, and could NOT have done so without these guys!! I also had to leave early to head out of state; they handled on the loose ends and completion of the job without my presence like Pros!! I would most def. recommend them and/or use them again in the future!

Showed up right on time completely prepared. Hired 3 men for 4 hours ended up using them for 8 they never slowed down a bit. Hard working group of men.
