The 2 men showed app on time. Ready to work and got my things moved into my truck very fast and thorough.
They were polite and if they had questions they asked. I would hire them again in a quick second.

Had them unload a 16 foot box truck. They were prompt, courteous, followed my instructions, and worked hard. No compalint when told some heavier pieces needed to go down 39 steps, then up 14. To get into the house. Would definitely recommend

TL, DR: look elsewhere fir moving labor help.
I was ok with their service. Only one of the 3 workers worked hard.
But our POD would not open and we were told by the three of them that they would come back and finish the job, at no additional cost to us.
That was not the case. I made several long phone calls. No one was sympathetic to my plight, at all.
Basically they have your money and you get what you get.
No way I would use them again or recommend their company to anyone.
At least the gentleman who I spoke to who, heads the actual company that my job was farmed out to, was honest with me. He told me about 55% of the fee goes to the parent company who farms out the jobs. Immediately. They don't care whether the work is performed or not. Then said gentleman did not take anymore calls from me.
They know you eventually give up, because you have to get your things unloaded.
Ask on nextdoor in the town you are moving to, whom to hire. That is my opinion.
These people were recommended by the PODS company. PODS probably gets a kickback.
Still angry, I'm not going to lie.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
