These guys did an amazing job helping my wife and I pack our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment into a POD. I did not fully appreciate the amount of time and effort it takes to pack a POD until I watched these guys do what they did. They were on time, well prepared, and truly had experience packing a POD. The treated our property very well and even brought extra moving blankets for us to purchase since we could not find them anywhere. They stayed an extra 90 minutes beyond the time I originally scheduled, and they would have stayed longer if I didn't tell them they were good to go. Truly dedicated to getting the job done and couldn't have been happier with their work ethic. Thanks for all the help!

Would not use again. U-Pack estimated 23 ft of space needed and sent a 28 ft truck.
Mismanaged loading of the truck.
The movers arrived on time. They were hard and diligent workers. Courteous and polite.
Movers arrived and were showed everything that had to be loaded. They did not know how to estimate the size of the load and therefore loaded the truck incorrectly.
The front of the truck was loaded sparingly, much wasted space, and the back of the truck was jammed to make everything fit. Exp. Our grill had to be shoved in upside down to make things fit and kitchen chairs were shoved against the roof of the truck.
Boxes could/should have been stacked and bulkheads utilized. Bulkheads provided with truck were not used.

In the age of COVID-19 I’d have liked these guys to show that they care for safety - mine and theirs. I called and asked that they wear masks, but when they arrived they had no masks on. They also didn’t work efficiently, and didn’t treat my things with care. I wouldn’t book them for service again.
