Mr Witherspoon arrived exactly at the time we agreed upon. He and his helper were well prepared for my move and were able to accommodate a difficult piece (bar) that required some disassembly to get down stairs. Even though this seemed to me to be an extra service, there was no request for additional compensation and this difficult move was well performed without damage to the property. I didn't keep close tabs on time spent, but I believe they were here a little longer than the agreed on 2 hours, but that also was not an issue. I was happy to leave a tip, and my wife sent them home with some cokes and cookies as we were the last stop of the day. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! My order with a different company fell through the cracks, so I called Hire A Helper: Richard responded immediately and was on site in less than an hour! He and Andy did an amazing job - blazing fast and yet super careful with all our boxes and furniture. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat!

Richard and his colleague Richard (yes, two Richards - R&R) were absolutely amazing. We needed movers to help us clear out our second-floor apartment and move everything into a storage unit. The Richard's showed up on-time and were ready to rock and roll. Even though the other tenant of my unit had not fully prepared to vacate (i.e. boxing things, cleaning, etc.) and the apartment was an absolute chaotic disaster, R&R moved everything out that they could find that was boxed, including a large sofa, clothes dresser, desks, trash bags full of clothes and anything else that was ready to go. It's tiring walking up and down the flight of stairs carrying a bag of groceries, let alone moving heavy boxes or furniture, but these two gentlemen did it with ease, safety, and speed. R&R were friendly, funny, patient, professional, hard-working, and respectful of our property. I wholeheartedly recommend Richard Witherspoon Moving Services to any and all who need movers. Could not have done it without them. Thanks, guys!!
